• Two more traits with genes, loci and markers info Now we have added “Leaf spot” and “Oleic acid” traits with info about their genes, loci and markers. Explore them at our Traits, Loci & Markers page.

• New expression dataset added A new aflatoxin related expression dataset has been added with reads mapped to the latest annotatated version of the Tifrunner genome, Tifrunner.gnm2.ann2. Please look at an example in genome browser and the dataset location in our DataStore.
